I may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. The version shown here is always the latest one and applies from the moment you use the site.

1. Financial Data & How to Use It
I collect publicly available company data from official and reliable sources like https://www.sec.gov/data-research/sec-markets-data and https://www.xbrleurope.org/. I deliberately avoid using copyrighted exchange price feeds. That’s also why you won’t see price-derived ratios on PenkeInvesting.com.
This is intentional.
My work focuses on company analysis and value investing. Price only matters at the moment you decide to buy or sell on an exchange. In my tools, you can enter your own price ranges. I then combine those inputs with the underlying company data to calculate valuation ratios that actually matter for your decision-making.
Because the data comes from external public sources, errors or delays can happen. I do my best, but I can’t guarantee perfect accuracy at all times. PenkeInvesting.com isn’t responsible for incorrect data.
As a serious investor, you already know the rule:
trust — but verify.

2. No Financial Advice & Responsibility
I build analyses and tools to help you think better about the market and see things more clearly. I’m happy to share those insights with you.
What I don’t do is tell you what to buy, hold, or sell.

My only real advice is this:

3. Membership, Refunds & Expectations
I’m a solo developer, and I continuously improve PenkeInvesting.com to create more value for you as a member. The goal is simple: help you compound your knowledge, so you can compound your money over time.
To stay focused on building, I don’t spend time managing refunds, cancellations, or disputes. I don’t offer refunds.
Before committing to a yearly Investor or Professional Membership, it’s up to you to do your research and decide whether this is worth the bet.
That’s how serious investing works anyway:
you research,
you estimate the odds and risks,
and then you execute.
This membership is not a magic button and not a shortcut to instant wealth. There are no guarantees. Results depend entirely on how actively and intelligently you use the tools, data, and analyses provided.
Think of this membership as an EV+ bet:
use it well, and the expected value can be very high —
but the responsibility, as always, stays with you.
Membership pricing, structure, and included features may change over time. Active memberships keep access for the paid period.
4. Copyright, Membership Content & Sharing
Everything you see on PenkeInvesting.com — texts, images, analyses, tools, and data — is created by me and remains my intellectual property unless I clearly state otherwise.
If you share insights or conclusions based on my work, that’s absolutely fine. Just credit PenkeInvesting.com with a clear dofollow link where that makes sense.
With an Investor Membership, you’re free to use the data and tools (yes, including AI) for your own analysis, decisions, and workflows. The membership is personal, so please don’t share your account with others.
With a Professional Membership, you’re allowed to reuse and resell the outputs and insights you create using my data and tools.
5. Availability & Functioning of the Website
I do my best to keep PenkeInvesting.com running smoothly and improving over time. That said, no website is perfect. Things can break, updates can fail, and external services can have issues beyond my control.
Because of that, I can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. If needed, I may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service — especially when external factors force it.
The goal is always progress and long-term value, not perfection.
6. Risk & Liability
Investing and trading always involve risk. Losses are possible, sometimes unavoidable. You already know this — but it’s worth stating clearly.
